RDT combines an AA+ bank anchored fiduciary trust with a real asset private equity platform. The trust layer is designed to prioritize principal protection and stable income. The private equity layer invests directly into the projects we originate and operate, capturing long term growth and project level upside.
By separating how we protect capital from how we take equity risk, we can build portfolios where income and growth are linked to the same underlying assets but managed through different structures. This gives investors clearer visibility on how capital is held, how it is deployed and how returns are generated.
Where we focus
Our work today is centered on Latin America, with a strong base in Ecuador and regional expansion opportunities. We develop and structure projects such as waste to energy and sustainable fuels, renewable power and storage, water and desalination plants, Eco Agro farmland and export platforms, ESG metals strategies and sustainable automation systems that reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Each project is designed to address a real bottleneck in the economy, such as power reliability, landfill pressure, water stress or supply chain vulnerability, while generating contracted cash flows and measurable reductions in emissions or environmental impact.
Our principle and mission

- Capital comes first. We structure around principal protection and clear downside scenarios before we talk about upside.
- Real assets, real impact. We only work on assets that solve concrete problems in power, waste, water, food systems and essential services.
- Transparent governance. Investors must be able to see how capital is held, who the counterparties are and how returns are generated.
- ESG as a design tool. Environmental and social criteria are built into project design and risk management, not added at the end as a label.
