Scope
Municipal and industrial water projects in coastal Ecuador, including desalination, potable water supply and wastewater treatment for cities facing chronic water stress.
Scale and Economics
Projects are modeled on site-specific economics, including detailed operating and tariff assumptions for locations such as Manta and Bahía.
Revenue Streams
Public and private water tariffs, bulk supply contracts, availability payments, and long-term service and O&M fees.
Model-Based Returns
Based on current project models, Water Solutions are structured to target model-based project IRRs of approximately 31%–62%, subject to final contracts, regulation and execution.
