RDT's Carbon Footprint Program is the quantitative backbone of our ESG and investment strategy. We use Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) tools to measure emissions rigorously, then turn those numbers into concrete investment solutions across energy, water, Eco-Agro, ESG metals and forest carbon.
Aligned with ISO 14067, ISO 14040 and 14044, ISO 14064-1, the Greenhouse Gas Protocol and TCFD climate-risk guidance.
Product Carbon Footprint Verification
PCF calculates the greenhouse gas emissions associated with a defined unit of product or service over its life cycle, expressed in CO₂-equivalent. Studies can cover anything from a kilowatt-hour of electricity or a cubic meter of water to a box of bananas, a tonne of shrimp, or a gold ounce. RDT defines the system boundary, collects data, runs the analysis under ISO 14067 and GHG Protocol and delivers a verified PCF value for export negotiations, sustainability reporting and investor communications.
Life Cycle Assessment Critical Review
LCA extends beyond carbon to examine the wider environmental footprint of a product, service or project. Following ISO 14040 and 14044, an LCA can assess impacts on energy use, water, land, air quality and other categories across the full life cycle. For LCAs used externally, we coordinate an independent critical review for green financing frameworks or impact reporting.
