SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

Renewable Development Trust S.A. ("RDT," "we," "our," or "us") provides SMS text messaging services to facilitate professional and business-related communications with individuals who have consented to receive such messages.

Our SMS communications may include:

• Business correspondence and follow-up communications.
• Project development updates and coordination.
• Meeting scheduling and appointment confirmations.
• Requests for documentation and project-related information.
• Responses to inquiries from clients, contractors, suppliers, and business partners.
• Other relevant, non-promotional business communications.

Our registered conversational SMS program is intended for direct business communications and is not used for unsolicited marketing or promotional campaigns.

By expressly opting in to SMS communications from Renewable Development Trust, you authorize RDT to send you text messages regarding relevant business communications.

Consent may be obtained through an optional website consent checkbox, a written agreement, a verbal agreement where permitted, or by initiating a text conversation with RDT, as applicable.

Providing a telephone number alone does not automatically constitute consent to receive SMS communications.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message frequency varies depending on the nature of the business relationship and the communications required.

Messages are generally sent in response to inquiries, ongoing project activities, meeting arrangements, and other business-related matters.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's terms and conditions.

RDT does not charge a separate subscription fee for receiving SMS communications.

You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message received from RDT.

After submitting STOP, you will receive a confirmation of your unsubscribe request and will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging number unless you subsequently opt in again.

For assistance with our SMS messaging service, reply HELP to any SMS message received from RDT.
