Infrastructure and development executive with 30+ years across international commerce, construction, project management, finance, environmental sustainability, and Latin American project execution.

  • Experience across insurance, finance, manufacturing, waste management, forestry, petroleum, construction, and public-private infrastructure.
  • Supported and represented major public and private-sector initiatives across Latin America, including transport, rail, energy, construction, and environmental projects.
  • Project management and construction involving roads, railroads, housing, high-rise buildings, ports, and the rehabilitation of 446 km of railroad in Ecuador.

William “Bill” Stills brings more than 30 years of experience in international commerce, construction, project management, business development, finance, and environmental sustainability. His career spans public and private-sector projects across Latin America, including energy, rail, waste management, forestry, construction, and infrastructure. His work includes the rehabilitation of 446 km of railroad in Ecuador and the development of sustainability-focused ventures across Ecuador, Chile, Nicaragua, Panama, and the United States.

Renewable Energy Director

Electrical engineer with 50+ years of experience in Ecuador's power sector, including utility leadership, solar, hydroelectric, rural electrification, and major energy infrastructure projects.

  • Former president of Quito Electrical Company, El Oro Electrical Company, and the Electrical Cooperative of Santo Domingo.
  • Designed and administered construction of solar parks from 15 kVA to 40 MW and hydroelectric plants from 6 MW to 30 MW.
  • Power plant repair, electromechanical equipment supervision, EPC advisory, ARCONEL permitting, and rural electrification projects.

Carlos Andrade Faini is an electrical engineer with more than 50 years of experience in Ecuador's power sector. His background includes leadership roles in major electrical companies, design and construction oversight for solar and hydroelectric plants, repair and assembly supervision for power facilities, EPC advisory, regulatory permitting, and rural electrification. He has been recognized for his contributions to electrical infrastructure and community electrification.

Environmental engineer and HSE specialist with 20 years of oil-sector, Amazon-region, remediation, biodiversity, and environmental management experience.

  • Former Safety, Health, and Environment Manager at Petroamazonas.
  • Led environmental management for Block 43 and Block 31 inside Yasuní National Park.
  • Coordinated Amazonia Viva remediation work addressing environmental liabilities from oil activities in the Ecuadorian Amazon.

Diego Chacón is an environmental engineer with approximately 20 years of experience in the oil sector, environmental management, HSE, remediation, and Amazon-region project oversight. His work includes environmental management in Block 43 and Block 31 within Yasuní National Park, one of the most biodiverse protected areas on the planet. He has also coordinated remediation work through the Amazonia Viva project, helping address contaminated soils and environmental liabilities linked to oil activity.

Pedro Pinzón is a chemical engineer from the Industrial University of Santander with more than 35 years of experience in process engineering, refining, petrochemicals, gas, industrial services, commissioning, and oil and gas systems. His work includes process design, operational optimization, equipment design and construction, and multidisciplinary engineering coordination for major regional and international energy clients.
